These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pick Up waitlist, website, and the Pick Up app once it launches (together, the "Service"), operated by pickupsports.us, a sole proprietorship ("we," "us"). By joining the waitlist or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or use the Service. If you're under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Pick Up is a service for finding and joining local pickup sports games. Joining the waitlist reserves your spot to be notified when the app opens for signups; it isn't itself an account and doesn't guarantee access. Once the app launches, using it may be subject to additional in-app terms.
By checking the consent box and providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Pick Up related to the waitlist and app launch, including:
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using any future version of the app that doesn't require SMS. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By providing your email address, you agree to receive a confirmation email when you join the waitlist and a notification email when the app opens for signups. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email we send.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by providing false contact information, attempting to disrupt or overload it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the waitlist, the app, or any related communications will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pick Up is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
